We are looking for an Automation Manager LATAM to lead regional automation initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites in Latin America.
This role will play a key part in driving automation, robotics, digitalization, and manufacturing technology projects while partnering with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and global teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead industrial automation initiatives across manufacturing plants in LATAM.
- Drive robotics, machine vision, and smart manufacturing projects.
- Support implementation, commissioning, and deployment of automation technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support for manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure standardization and scalability.
- Support digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in industrial automation and manufacturing projects.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and manufacturing control systems.
- Hands-on experience with industrial robotics (FANUC, ABB, or similar platforms).
- Proven experience supporting automation implementation and deployment projects.
- Exposure to Smart Manufacturing, Digitalization, or Industry 4.0 initiatives is highly desirable.
- Advanced English proficiency.

- Availability to travel up to 70% across LATAM and the United States
- Valid U.S. Visa required.
