Are you passionate about industrial automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing?

We are looking for an Automation Manager LATAM to lead regional automation initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites in Latin America.

This role will play a key part in driving automation, robotics, digitalization, and manufacturing technology projects while partnering with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and global teams. 

What You'll Do

• Lead industrial automation initiatives across manufacturing plants in LATAM. 
• Drive robotics, machine vision, and smart manufacturing projects. 
• Support implementation, commissioning, and deployment of automation technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support for manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure standardization and scalability.
• Support digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 
• 7+ years of experience in industrial automation and manufacturing projects. 
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and manufacturing control systems.
• Hands-on experience with industrial robotics (FANUC, ABB, or similar platforms). 
• Proven experience supporting automation implementation and deployment projects.
• Exposure to Smart Manufacturing, Digitalization, or Industry 4.0 initiatives is highly desirable. 
• Advanced English proficiency. 
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Availability to travel up to 70% across LATAM and the United States
• Valid U.S. Visa required.
