Job description

Responsibilities:

Noblis is seeking qualified military members who are eligible to participate in the DOD Skillbridge candidates through Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program with next class starting in the Fall of 2026.

 

This program is an initiative to help transitioning active-duty people to find meaningful employment opportunities and preparing them for the civilian workforce. 

  • The Corporate Fellowship Program is a 12-week program held 3 times a year 
  • Involves hands-on experience and training in a variety of positions to help give you the civilian related experience
  • Supervisors and mentors share their experience and knowledge and provide feedback
  • Help you increase your professional network 
  • Noblis is a Military Friendly company with over 19% being prior or current military 

 

Build Your Real-World Experience

As part of the fellowship program with Noblis, you will do real work on projects where you can learn, contribute, and see what it’s like on the civilian side of your professional career field. You will be an integral part of our team from day one. You’ll also participate in group collaboration activities that allow you to meet other team members and form new connections. You’ll attend weekly seminars and networking events designed to prepare you for life after the military. You’ll always be learning and growing!

Your time with Noblis will be challenging, educational, hands on, and memorable. You will leave prepared for life after the military —as a leader, problem-solver, and critical thinker with real-world experience. And if you love it at Noblis, our hope is to align your skills to one of our current openings within one of the several mission areas.  We know we will not be able to employ everyone, so our ultimate goal is to prepare you for the civilian sector and help increase your skills to be able to find employment opportunities across the industry.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
