Job Title: System Administrator 1/ Salesforce Platform Administrator
Duration: 12+ months - Contract
Location: Remote, CA
Pay rate: $42/hr on W2
 
Overview:
Hands-on role responsible for classic Salesforce platform design and administration across five organizations at an enterprise level.
Responsibilities:

  • Perform classic platform administration tasks, including user permissioning, user support, and access management.
  • Handle system configuration and platform health while working with scrum teams and Jira in an agile environment.
  • Read and create Salesforce Flows from a non-complex to moderately complex standpoint.
  • Support multiple organizations in an enterprise environment.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain strong delivery standards.

  Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on System Administrator experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • Experience with the developer pathway.
  • Agile experience required.
  • Strong communication and delivery skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
Nice to Have:
  • Healthcare insurance experience.
  • DevOps experience with Git.
  • Exposure to Agentforce.
