Project Analyst I - Mexico - Remote

The Project Operations Analyst I (POA I) supports the assigned department or functional team with guidance on assigned projects and tasks. The POA I develops skills by working closely with other members of the project team, client, clinical/scientific teams, and/or internal and external clients and vendors as needed for successful project execution

What You Will Do:
Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinates assigned clinical project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, SOPs, quality standards, and performance metrics.
  • Supports project planning and execution through milestone tracking, recruitment forecasting, communication plans, and training documentation.
  • Identifies operational risks, supports issue resolution, and contributes to CAPA implementation and project compliance activities.
  • Maintains TMF/eTMF quality and inspection readiness, including QC/QR reviews and document management activities.
  • Assists with vendor oversight, resource coordination, invoice approvals, and stakeholder communication across project teams.
  • Supports project reporting, financial tracking, operational data reviews, and data quality management to ensure accurate study oversight.
  • Contributes to study closeout activities, system updates, documentation reconciliation, and successful project delivery.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Project Analyst, Project Assistant, or similar project support role within a CRO environment.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented problem solver.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written, with excellent communication skills.
  • Process-driven with strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
  • Dedicated team player.
  • Experience managing multiple, varied tasks simultaneously and independently.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
