This Opportunity:

  • This opportunity is open to candidates residing in the state of Virginia

  • Partner with a team to manage water/wastewater infrastructure projects and project teams to support the planning, design, and construction of drinking water treatment, pumping, distribution, storage or conveyance projects

  • Develop creative solutions to complex water/wastewater treatment and conveyance challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals

  • Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to deliver innovative project solutions

  • Maintain close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field

  • Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within six months of hire date

  • Experience managing and / or supporting multi-discipline infrastructure projects

  • Experience in the design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial drinking water or wastewater treatment projects

  • Proven understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices

  • Solid knowledge of water treatment systems, equipment, and regulations


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Eight (8) years of experience designing and/or managing drinking water or wastewater treatment projects

  • Knowledge of regional water/wastewater issues and familiarity with the municipal government client base

  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

  • Ability to scope and budget new water/wastewater treatment facility projects and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $120,000 and $150,000 based on skill set and experience. Check out our full benefits package at SEH Hiring Journey.
