AI Analyst

Contract Length: 4 months with possible extension
Work Setup: Remote - in person interview and onboarding required

As an AI Analyst, you will design, develop, and implement innovative AI solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges using cutting-edge AI technologies.

AI Analyst Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven business solutions.
  • Design, prototype, develop, test, and deploy enterprise AI applications and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Evaluate, compare, and select appropriate AI models, frameworks, and architectures based on business and technical requirements.
  • Develop and optimize prompts, AI agents, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows, and model orchestration strategies.
  • Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business applications.
  • Monitor AI solution performance, accuracy, reliability, and adoption while recommending continuous improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, privacy, and Responsible AI standards.
  • Document solution designs, technical specifications, testing results, and implementation procedures.
  • Research emerging AI technologies and recommend enterprise adoption where appropriate.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions within established timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate effectively with technology managers and business users across the organization.
  • Design AI-driven monitoring pipelines for predictive log analysis, real-time issue resolution, and automated root-cause analysis.

AI Analyst Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to evaluate, compare, and select appropriate AI technologies based on business and technical requirements.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, prompt engineering, and model orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI services and enterprise AI platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Gemini Enterprise, Spark AI, and related AI development frameworks and tools.
  • Strong Python programming experience and proficiency with AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with Git, DevOps, CI/CD practices, and version control.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, model evaluation techniques, model limitations, and Responsible AI practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience applying AI/ML to IT Operations (AIOps), including predictive log analysis, automated incident remediation, and automated root-cause analysis (RCA).

Additional Information

  • This is a remote position.
  • Candidates must be available for a mandatory in-person interview in New York, NY.
  • Selected candidates must attend mandatory in-person onboarding in New York, NY before transitioning to the remote work arrangement.
