The Opportunity:

CACI is looking to hire a Partner Alliance Manager for CACI idt., you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with technology vendors, OEMs, and service providers to drive business growth in the public sector. Your role will focus on maximizing partner engagement, securing advantageous pricing and incentives, and ensuring alignment with government procurement requirements. 


Responsibilities:

Strategic Partner Management: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key technology vendors, OEMs, and service providers to drive joint business opportunities. 
  • Advance tier status with existing partners by meeting program requirements (certifications, reporting, sales targets, etc.) 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between vendors and internal teams (sales, contracts, marketing, and technical teams). 
  • Serve as the key liaison to work with the appropriate stakeholders to negotiate partner agreements, pricing, rebates, and special incentives to enhance competitiveness in government contracts. 

Performance & Growth Optimization: 

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and government technology initiatives to growth opportunities in the existing partner ecosystem and onboarding candidates. 
  • Drive revenue through key vendor partnerships and maximize rebate earnings. 
  • Provide regular reporting on partner impact, revenue generation, and strategic initiatives to leadership. 
  • Document and manage all partner documentation including partner health tracker, event planning documents, etc. 

Sales & Go-To-Market Enablement: 

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal sales teams to create joint go-to-market strategies targeting government agencies. 
  • Facilitate partner training, certifications, and enablement programs to ensure partner status compliance and sales teams are equipped with the latest technology offerings. 
  • Drive co-branded marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, and content creation to generate demand in the public sector. 



Qualifications:

Required: 

  • University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in government IT sales, procurement, or channel/partner management
  • Strong knowledge of public sector procurement processes, including GSA Schedules, SEWP, etc.
  • Established relationships with technology vendors (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, Dell, AWS, ServiceNow, etc.). 

  • Familiarity with government compliance requirements, such as FedRAMP, ISO, CMMC, and etc. 

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking abilities. 

  • Proficiency in CRM and partner management tools (Salesforce, PRM platforms).

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
