Position Summary: The Wrap-Up Specialist is a critical role within our Construction Practice providing professional-level support for Owner-Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP) and Contractor-Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIP), commonly known as “wrap-ups.”

This role ensures accurate enrollment, compliance, and documentation for construction projects under wrap-up programs. Working under general supervision, the incumbent applies foundational knowledge of insurance and construction risk management to deliver timely and accurate service to clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review and process contractor enrollment applications for wrap-up programs, ensuring compliance with program requirements.

  • Issue certificates of insurance and maintain accurate records in agency management systems.

  • Communicate with contractors, project managers, and internal teams to clarify enrollment requirements and resolve discrepancies.

  • Assist in monitoring compliance for subcontractor insurance and wrap-up participation.

  • Support senior team members in preparing wrap-up reports, audits, and close-out documentation.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

  • Contribute to process improvements and recommend workflow enhancements for efficiency.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Basic understanding of wrap-up programs (OCIP/CCIP) and construction insurance requirements.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for client and contractor interactions.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn agency management systems.
