About France & Belgium cluster:

Ferring+You

You will be responsible for contributing to the sustainable development of Ferring’s business in your territory by building strategic, high-value-added partnerships with healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations.

As a strategic partner, you manage your sector as a distinct business unit, combining excellence in relationship management, scientific impact, strategic vision, a performance-driven culture and improvements to the patient journey. You embody Ferring’s ACE values in their day-to-day work (Accountability, Collaboration & Entrepreneurship).

As a key player in cross-functional collaboration, you work closely with the medical, marketing, market access, supply chain and tender management & management teams. You take part in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, and you help to promote best practice.

Your day at Ferring

Key Account Management & Client Partnerships

• Build lasting relationships of trust with key stakeholders at the centers

• Identify clients’ needs and propose tailored solutions

• Develop high value-added partnerships

• Help improve the patient journey

Strategic regional development:

• Analyze the performance of the region and identify the key drivers of growth

• Prioritize strategic accounts according to their potential

• Develop and manage structured action plans

• Ensure regular monitoring of business objectives

Scientific and promotional excellence:

• Ensure a high standard of scientific expertise

• Produce promotional messages that are accurate and appropriate

• Present scientific data in a relevant and ethical manner

Business Management & Performance Culture

• Make the most of business analytics tools (CRM, IQVIA, dashboards, Power BI, etc.)

• Identify performance drivers and areas for improvement

• Monitor the effectiveness of actions on the ground

• Develop a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Behind our innovation…There’s You

• Candidate profile

·     Scientific education: Bachelor or Master

·     Experience as a salesperson of reimbursed drugs in hospital environment (specialists) for at least 5 years

·     Mandatory fluent in Dutch (native), professional English, French is a must

- Therapeutic area gastro or gynaecology

·     Proficiency with CRM systems & database Management: Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
