Job Summary

We are looking for a Fintech Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth, enable sales teams, and support client adoption of innovative payment solutions within the travel ecosystem. This role combines consultative selling, product advocacy, and sales enablement to maximize client value and commercial impact.

Job Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Enablement

  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing accounts
  • Partner with Account Managers to uncover client needs and align solutions
  • Create impactful sales materials to support value-based selling
  • Apply a consultative approach to recommend tailored solutions

Client & Product Advocacy

  • Act as a fintech product evangelist internally and externally
  • Deliver product training on platform features, integrations, and booking flows
  • Communicate clear value propositions and competitive advantages

Implementation & Solution Adoption

  • Support client onboarding, implementation, and go-live
  • Drive solution adoption and usage optimization
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Success teams

Skillset and Experience Required

  • Strong experience in sales enablement, consultative selling, and commercial support
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
  • Collaborative, results-driven, and highly organized mindset
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of fintech, payments, or travel technology ecosystems
  • Understanding of B2B payments, booking workflows, and integrations
  • Ability to work with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, and presentation tools

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years in fintech sales, sales enablement, or commercial operations
  • Background in travel, payments, or SaaS environments preferred
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and supporting sales growth
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus
