Lithe Transformation is always looking for superstar agilists to fulfil its client obligations. Whether you're a Transformation Lead, Enterprise Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Product Owner and you've got a great story to tell....we want to hear from you! Things that would really rock our world include:
- A History of achievement (in fact, please don't reply if this isn't you!)
- Involvement in a number of successful transformations
- A background in working for consultancies, and having a consultancy mentality
- Exposure to a number of agile methodologies (not just SAFe, not just Scrum etc)
- The ability to switch between Scrum/Kanban/SAFe/LESs etc, choosing bits of each to arrive at the best customer outcome
- Proper consultant-level expertise in OKRs
- A zealot's passion for delivery and outcomes
- An awareness of both top and bottom line
Whether you're from an IT, product, or any other background and can say you have two or more of the above, Lithe could well be your next career move. We'll consider agilists who want to stay as contractors, but if you'd consider joining us on a permanent basis, we're way more likely to be interested.in your application.

First and foremost...we're really nice people! We're a boutique consultancy, we all have each other's backs, everyone's point of view and interests are as important as everyone else's....and we don't have an office! That's right....wfh is actually compulsory! Yes there may be some client engagements where onsite or hybrid is part of the contract so you'll have to be at some office, somewhere, some of the time. That's part of consultancy, unfortunately. But as far as Lithe is concerned, you're working from home, client engagements notwithstanding.
What do we offer in terms of salary and benefits? Well that's the advantage of a boutique company - we're flexible! We're a small company so we can't offer the same salary as the "Big 4", obviously - you have to be realistic. But in terms of benefits and working conditions....talk to us! Tell us your drivers and your hard limits. You'll be amazed at how accommodating we can be.
