Fieldglass Business Solutions Analyst

Job Description:

As a Fieldglass Business Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong understanding of the functional capabilities and serving as a Subject Matter Specialist in various areas and products. You will work closely with the Deloitte Engagement Manager to lead, direct, and ensure the successful delivery of technology products. Your role will involve defining and documenting requirements, conducting Design Thinking sessions, managing the Product Backlog, and overseeing Testing and QA activities. Your goal is to ensure product quality, project timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain expertise in functional capabilities and act as a Subject Matter Specialist for various products.
  
• Assist the Deloitte Engagement Manager in leading and directing technology product delivery.
  
• Interface with clients to gather and document requirements.
  
• Create documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, user guides, process flows, and wireframes.
  
• Conduct Design Thinking sessions to understand end user and customer needs.
  
• Manage the Product Backlog, prioritize requirements, and define project scope and sprints.
  
• Define and analyze business and user requirements for new and enhanced products.
  
• Collaborate on project on-boarding processes and materials with the Engagement Manager.
  
• Lead Testing and QA activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Work with offshore QA resources to develop and execute Test Plans and Test Scripts.
  
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing in collaboration with clients.
  
• Assist in status reporting to Deloitte Applications Studio leadership.
  
• Proactively address business and project issues and escalate as necessary.
  

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in a business analysis role.
  
• 8+ years of experience in the procurement application consulting domain.
  
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  
• Strong willingness to learn from mistakes and apply feedback for improvement.
  
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  
• Critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and propose solutions.
  
• Experience using Agile methodology.
