Oracle VBCS Web Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle VBCS Web Developer with 3 to 8 years of total experience in web development using Oracle products, with at least 3 years of specific experience in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining web applications using Oracle VBCS. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge and experience in integrating VBCS applications with other Oracle PaaS services, including Oracle Integration Cloud Services.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and debug web applications using Oracle VBCS to meet business requirements and user needs.
   

2. Ensure seamless integration of VBCS applications with other Oracle PaaS services for enhanced functionality and efficiency.
   

3. Utilize knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud Services for smooth integration and data flow between different cloud services.
   

4. Work on the development of SaaS extensions using VBCS to extend the capabilities of existing Oracle applications.
   

5. Leverage expertise in Oracle database and PL/SQL to implement data-centric functionalities in VBCS applications.
   

6. Maintain high standards of code quality and ensure comprehensive unit test coverage to deliver reliable and robust solutions.
   

7. Collaborate effectively with other team members on project assignments and contribute to a cohesive and productive development environment.
   

8. Estimate tasks accurately and meet milestones and deadlines appropriately to ensure timely project delivery.
   

9. Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas, updates, and progress reports.
   

10. Apply proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
    

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
   

2. 3 to 8 years of total experience in web development using Oracle products.
   

3. At least 3 years of specific experience in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
   

4. Proven expertise in developing, testing, and debugging web applications using Oracle VBCS.
   

5. Knowledge and experience in integrating VBCS applications with other Oracle PaaS services.
   

6. Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud Services for seamless data integration between cloud services.
   

7. Work experience in developing SaaS extensions using VBCS to enhance the functionality of existing Oracle applications.
   

8. Strong knowledge of Oracle database and PL/SQL for data-centric application development.
   

9. Ability to maintain high standards of code quality and implement comprehensive unit tests.
   

10. Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with team members on project assignments.
