Vistex Analyst

We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Vistex Analyst to join our team. As a Vistex Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business processes related to Distributor Rebates, Vendor Rebates, and Customer Rebates. Your expertise in Vistex Chargeback, Billback, and Customer Rebates modules will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our rebate management operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and configure Vistex modules, including Chargeback, Billback, and Customer Rebates, to meet the specific needs of our business and rebate management requirements.
   

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and IT, to gather rebate-related requirements and translate them into effective Vistex solutions.
   

3. Support the end-to-end rebate process, including rebate agreement setup, claims processing, accruals, settlements, and validation of rebate claims.
   

4. Analyze and troubleshoot rebate-related issues and discrepancies, providing timely resolutions and continuous process improvements.
   

5. Monitor rebate performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of rebate programs and identify areas for improvement.
   

6. Conduct periodic data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with rebate agreements and business rules.
   

7. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide valuable insights on optimizing rebate programs and maximizing revenue opportunities.
   

8. Collaborate with the IT team to manage system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other relevant systems.
   

9. Stay up-to-date with the latest Vistex functionalities and best practices, ensuring the organization benefits from the latest features and improvements.
   

10. Participate in the testing and validation of system changes and enhancements, ensuring smooth and error-free implementations.
    

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
   

2. Proven experience as a Vistex Analyst, working with Vistex Chargeback, Billback, and Customer Rebates modules.
   

3. Solid understanding of rebate management processes and concepts, including Distributor Rebates, Vendor Rebates, and Customer Rebates.
   

4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex rebate data and identify patterns and trends.
   

5. Experience in configuring Vistex modules and implementing rebate-related functionalities.
   

6. Proficiency in SAP and other relevant ERP systems.
   

7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
   

8. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
   

9. Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
   

10. Knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or manufacturing industry is a plus.
