Zoho Developer

This is a remote position.

We are growing and are now looking for a Zoho Developer to join our team! Our ideal candidate is someone who has worked with software implementations in the past and can assist the Solution Architect and Project Manager with planning and building software solutions and then can carry out those solutions for our clients. You MUST have experience configuring Zoho and you must be able to articulate it well before we can consider you for an interview.

About You

We are looking for someone who has a creative nature that can see 'outside the box' solutions. Collaboration is also key in this role as we want someone who can listen and then have the ability and willingness to break down complex problems and explain it to the team and clients. If you can work both independently and in a team this environment will suit you well.
 

Required Skills 

Must have proven experience in/with:

• configuring CRM systems and other business software applications
  

• configuring Zoho applications, especially - but certainly not limited to - Zoho CRM. Experience in configuring Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Social, Zoho Survey, Zoho Projects, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Analytics and other Zoho applications will be considered a strong asset. You must be able to articulate your Zoho experience well before we can consider you for an interview.
  

• improving systems by documenting client business processes
  

• assisting in developing user test cases and validation of test results
  

• software implementations, software development life cycle methodologies, business process re-engineering, and organizational change management
  

 
Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Solution Architect and Project Manager with planning and configuration of cloud systems. Then implement the solutions for our clients
  

• Understand and possibly document client's current processes, requirements, future processes, data migration plans
  

• Assist in identifying areas for improvement within the system, validate and recommend viable solutions to improve workflows, report preparation and relevant business processes
  

• Once discovery, requirements and future processes are established, begin to configure and implement the plans
  

• Liaise between clients and Gloo to address and resolve any issues before, but especially during and even after implementation.
  

• Quality assurance on our developer's work to ensure we are meeting our client's requirements before we release / demo to them
  

• Facilitate, document and execute user acceptance scenarios, coordinate user acceptance testing, track issues, report status
  

• Create and update training materials, deliver training, and report on training results
  

• Conducts training one on one training.
  

• Support effective identification, assessment, prioritization and resolution of requests for bug-fixes/enhancements
  

• Typically works on multiple projects simultaneously
  

• Helps determine project deliverables
  

• Refines requirements using critical evaluation techniques
  

• Communicates with project managers, application developers, subject matter experts and end users.
  

• Proposes system requirements to fulfill business user requirements.
  

• Reviews test plans.
  

• Identifies and highlights problem areas, gaps or conflicts derived from information gathered.
  

• Generates and proposes system development options for resolution.
  

• Sometimes, your client might be Gloo! That is, Gloo uses the full Zoho suite of applications so you’ll also be asked to help us with configuring and using our own software for things like marketing campaigns, product configuration of Zoho CRM and other applications, etc.
