About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Digital Marketing Executive to support the execution of our day-to-day marketing activities.
The role covers content creation, newsletters, email marketing, personalised outreach, social media, lead generation, campaign coordination, CRM management, and marketing research.

The ideal candidate is a strong written communicator who can research a topic, understand the target audience, and create relevant marketing content rather than relying solely on generic AI-generated copy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, create, edit, and repurpose marketing content including newsletters, email campaigns, outreach messages, social media posts, blogs, case studies, and other marketing materials tailored to different audiences.
  • Plan, schedule, and optimise email marketing campaigns and newsletters, monitor campaign performance, and continuously improve engagement through testing and data analysis.
  • Conduct research on target industries, companies, decision-makers, and market trends to build and maintain high-quality prospect lists and support lead generation initiatives.
  • Develop personalised email and LinkedIn outreach based on prospect research, manage follow-up sequences, and track responses to ensure timely engagement.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, marketing databases, campaign trackers, and reports while coordinating marketing activities across internal teams.
  • Utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT to support research, ideation, drafting, and editing while ensuring all content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with the company's brand and objectives.
  • Perform general marketing administration and support day-to-day campaign execution, ensuring tasks are delivered accurately and on time.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience as a Marketing VA, Marketing Assistant, Digital Marketing Executive, Content Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong written English and demonstrated copywriting ability.
  • Experience creating newsletters, marketing emails, social content, and personalised outreach messages.
  • Strong online research skills and the ability to understand different industries and audiences.
  • Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Familiarity with Canva and content management systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT for marketing, research, and content creation.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, lead generation, and digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who can research, think, write, and execute.

You should be able to take a broad brief and turn it into effective marketing output β€” whether that means researching a newsletter topic, writing an email campaign, personalising outreach for a specific prospect, creating social content, or coordinating a campaign.

We do not expect you to know everything from day one, but we do expect you to be resourceful, comfortable with AI and modern marketing tools, willing to research independently, and able to take ownership of your work.
