Senior Frontend Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend developer to join our Engineering team.

Key Functions:

• Work with our Product, design and Back end dev experts in building industry leading trading platforms.
• Build fault-tolerant, highly data-intensive and optimized UI systems accessible across all devices and browsers.
• Drive our cross-platform strategy, deploying and optimizing web technologies into seamless, native-like mobile apps on iOS and Android.
• Design, create, test and maintain both the UI and service layers of our platforms.
• Work both on new features and verification and optimisations of current ones.
• Source inspiration both from our SMEs, clients and views from outside our industry to create game-changing products.
• Disrupt our thinking! Bring the latest tools, AI-driven workflows, and fresh perspectives to challenge how we build and elevate what we deliver to our clients.

Core Competencies and Required Background:

• Expert knowledge in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, including asynchronous patterns, event-based programming, functional paradigms, and complex state management.
• Deep knowledge of Angular (or component-based frameworks like React/Vue) with a proven track record of architecting scalable enterprise applications.
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, modern layout architectures, and cross-device/responsive web development.
• Solid grasp of frontend security standards and modern authentication mechanisms.
• Strong knowledge of web and real-time communication protocols alongside web and application servers.
• Proven experience in frontend performance tuning—including bundle optimization, rendering pipeline efficiency, low-latency stream handling, and memory leak prevention.
• Strong working knowledge of various LLM models and hands-on experience using AI coding assistants to streamline daily engineering workflows while remaining mindful of context management and token efficiency.
• Practical experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines using Git, Bash, AWS, and Unix/Linux environments.
• Strong alignment with Agile philosophies from working in Scrum, Kanban, or Lean team structures

Nice to Have:

• Background in FinTech, online trading platforms, or high-concurrency domains (e.g., iGaming).
• Experience building high-traffic, low-latency, or real-time web applications.
• Experience with hybrid mobile frameworks (e.g., Capacitor, Cordova) or native iOS/Android development.
• Hands-on experience using Node.js for both frontend Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and backend microservices architectures.
