The Application Specialist (ASG engineer) is responsible for configuring and customizing the solution to improve existing customer processes through digitalization of existing forms and workflow.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Configuring form build solutions,
  • Participating in regular status calls and meetings with internal staff,
  • Building configurations for workflow and data mapping,
  • Keeping the Project Manager up to date on configuration progress and any issues that arise that could stall the implementation,
  • Assisting in pre-go-live user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts and responding quickly to issues that arise,
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation related to form configuration,
  • Tracking implementation progress,
  • Work effectively remotely and with a geographically dispersed team,
  • Prioritize and handle multiple, complex projects simultaneously.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Upper-intermediate English level (B2-B2+);
  • 0.5+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role within software,
  • Experience with technical product support and troubleshooting,
  • Experience delivering software training using online training tools,
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required,
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills required,
  • Time management and self-motivation skills,
  • Customer-focused with a real passion for providing excellent customer service.


Technology:

  • Knowledge of web-based technologies and experience working with HTML, XML and CSS,
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint,
  • Experience working with JIRA to manage development projects, tickets, and tasks.

  • Meet project deadlines,
  • Ensure that all SLA’s are consistently met.
