ECE Poly Category Manager (m/f)

Description -

Job Summary
This role is responsible for Poly product line management and defining business plans and growth strategies for ECE countries. The role collaborates with sales teams to ensure seamless execution of category plans while monitoring KPIs and sales performance. The role demonstrates a superior understanding of product categories and oversees functional teams within their area of expertise.

Responsibilities:
• Leads overall engagement with one or several sales teams in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
• Contributes/leads in defining the category business plan and strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Collaborates with various internal teams from marketing, sales, and finance to ensure seamless execution of category plans.
• Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develops and executes action plans accordingly.
• Demonstrates a superior understanding of product categories, business management, and sales challenges and strategies.
• Develops and implement initiatives to improve processes/policies/offerings basis the insights gathered from customer feedback and market trends.
• Build relationships and represents the team at a senior level with the sales force and other partners.
• Holds responsibility for product line and quota management for a significant share of the product range or a specific customer segment.
• Oversees functional responsibilities in one or several areas such as market analysis, marketing engagement, etc.
• Leads the partnership engagements with external IT vendors.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• 10+ years of work experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is 332450 PLN to 504050 PLN annually, with a 80%/20% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional compensation opportunities for this role in accordance with the relevant plans and policies. In addition, this role may be eligible for equity awards (typically granted in the form of restricted stock units) that are independently granted by the Company's U.S. parent corporation, HP Inc., on a discretionary basis under its equity plan. Pay varies by job-related skills, effort, responsibility, working conditions, experience and work location.
