  • Provide expert guidance on grievance management, informal dispute resolution, and conformance with the Remedy Framework.
  • Develop, adapt, and operationalize FSC tools, methodologies, and guidance materials such as free, prior, and informed consent (FPIC) and capacity-building frameworks.
  • Build and strengthen the APAC remedy ecosystem through identification, onboarding, training, monitoring, quality control, and capacity development of Independent Assessors and Third-Party Verifiers according to established standard operating procedures and inputs to developing additional protocols as needed.
  • Represent FSC International in regional meetings, conferences, and stakeholder forums while strengthening the credibility and visibility of the Remedy Framework.
  • Deliver culturally and linguistically contextualized guidance across APAC, including stakeholder communication in Bahasa Indonesia, the adaptation of localized educational resources, and establishing structured communications channels.
