Job description

About Brightvision

Brightvision is a Swedish B2B marketing agency, founded in 2000, working with leading SaaS and tech companies across Europe and the US — including enterprise clients like Microsoft, Oracle, and Cisco. We combine strategy, creativity, and technology to build scalable solutions that drive business growth.

Our Philippines-based development team — six full-stack developers, led by our Lead Developer — builds our proprietary SaaS platform. We're now looking for a seventh: a senior developer who will own a brand-new track.

What we're building

CoSeller is our proprietary B2B sales and marketing platform, combining AI-driven automation, data intelligence, and campaign tooling into one system built for the European B2B tech market. It spans outbound and CRM workflows, data enrichment, campaign management, and performance across digital channels like paid media and search.

Your mission

Our six current developers build the core of the CoSeller platform. You'll own something new: productizing our digital marketing services.

Today, our digital team in Sweden delivers SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) audits, content production, paid media operations, and performance reporting as expert-driven, largely manual work. Your job is to turn those workflows into automated, scalable modules inside CoSeller — working directly with the specialists who run them today. You'll map how they work, find what can be systematized, and build the agents, pipelines, and integrations that replace the repetitive parts.

If you've ever looked at a marketing team's daily grind and thought "80% of this could be software" — this is the role where you get to prove it.

Your first project: CoSeller WebOps

You won't start with a blank backlog. Your first module is already spec'd: CoSeller WebOps, our Website-as-a-Service delivery platform.

The concept: every customer site is an instance of a golden template (Astro + GitHub + Vercel), operated as a fleet from a single dashboard — build status, Core Web Vitals, SEO health, open requests. Changes flow through an agent-driven loop: a customer submits a request in plain language, an AI agent running Claude Code opens a pull request, the customer approves the preview, and it goes live. On top of this runs a scheduled agent engine for SEO and GEO — technical audits, structured data, AI-visibility tracking (how often a customer shows up in answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews), content briefs, and automated client reports. The same engine also runs in an "attach" mode on customers' existing sites (WordPress, HubSpot CMS, Webflow) through a connector layer built on Search Console, GA4, and crawl data.

And we're our own first customer: brightvision.com runs on the platform before any client does.

If you've built something in this direction before — a multi-site or multi-tenant platform, a site factory, an SEO automation engine — you're exactly who we're hoping reads this.

What you'll work on

  • Building CoSeller WebOps: the site factory, the fleet dashboard, the agent-driven change loop, and the SEO/GEO agent engine

  • Extending the marketing automation track beyond WebOps: content workflows, paid media operations, and reporting modules

  • Designing and building AI agents that automate real marketing workflows in production — not prototypes

  • Integrating with ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta), marketing/SEO APIs (Google Search Console, GA4, crawling and scraping), and CMS APIs (WordPress, HubSpot CMS, Webflow)

  • Integrating LLMs (Claude, OpenAI) into production systems — for content generation, decision-making, and agentic workflows

  • Contributing to core platform architecture: data models, APIs, search, and scalability

What we're looking for

Must have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a developer, with a track record of senior-level ownership

  • You've shipped production code used by real customers in a SaaS or corporate software environment

  • Hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic systems that run in production

  • Experience working with marketing, advertising, or SEO tooling and APIs — e.g. ad platform APIs, Search Console, GA4, or marketing automation systems

  • Advanced daily use of AI-augmented development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)

  • Strong backend skills: Node.js, TypeScript, REST/GraphQL APIs

  • Experience shipping production websites and web apps — React plus a modern framework like Next.js or Astro, MongoDB or PostgreSQL, Git-based workflows and CI/CD

  • Fluent English, spoken and written — you'll work directly with our international team

  • Availability for at least 3–4 hours of daily overlap with Central European Time — you'll collaborate closely with our team in Sweden

  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote-first team

Nice to have:

  • Big plus: you've built or operated a multi-site, multi-tenant, or Website-as-a-Service platform before — many sites, one template, one team

  • Technical SEO and GEO chops: structured data/JSON-LD, Core Web Vitals, sitemaps, and an understanding of how content surfaces in AI answers

  • Experience working with CMS APIs (WordPress, HubSpot CMS, Webflow)

  • A background in digital marketing, SEO, or paid media before (or alongside) your development career

  • Experience with outbound/CRM systems or sales automation

  • Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, S3, CloudFront)

What we offer

  • A long-term, full-time freelance contract with competitive compensation

  • A new product track that's yours to shape from the ground up — no legacy code

  • A friendly, senior, international team that supports each other's success

  • Flexible schedule and fully remote setup

  • The stability of a company that has been around since 2000 — and values growth, trust, and collaboration

At Brightvision, you'll never feel like "just another freelancer." When working with us, you embrace the values outlined in our Culture Handbook — they'll guide you in making the right choices.

How to apply

Send us your CV, a GitHub or portfolio link, and a brief introduction. Instead of a generic cover letter, answer this one question:

Tell us about one marketing automation or web related Saas platform you've built end-to-end: what manual process did it replace, and what happened after you shipped it?

We read every application — and that answer is what we read first.

We hope to hear from you!
