Overview:

Reporting to the Personalization Operations Manager, we are looking for a Personalization Operations Analyst. Your objective will be to expand revenue by driving programs and pursue new business opportunities. We aim to achieve this through comprehensive order book management, root cause identification, strategic solution guidance, cross-functional collaboration and enthusiastic customer service. Through these areas of operational excellence, we also strive to maximize our monthly sales output, mitigate operational fallout and provide an unrivaled customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Personalization Order Book with a focus on maximizing our monthly sales output
  • Support the Sales team in day-to-day task execution including order entry, order maintenance, returns processing and customer service related inquiries
  • Manage BlueCherry data requirements as they relate to Personalization order processing
  • Maintain production specifications within our logo management system
  • Administer product setup within your focus business segment, including accurate cost maintenance
  • Assess physical sew outs and confirm customer expectations are met before approving for production
  • Communicate production specifications with our domestic contractors and ensure quality execution
  • Maintain subject matter expertise of our end-to-end Personalization process
  • Ensure cross-functional handoffs are coordinated and executed properly
  • Answer system-related inquiries and develop reporting based on system and process comprehension
  • Identify and investigate root cause of system and process related issues and help to guide scalable, strategic solution implementation
  • Bring a positive, proactive and enthusiastic mindset to the team

What you bring:

  • Knowledge in retail industry; experience in Personalization and/or Wholesale is preferred
  • Working proficiency in Order Management, Warehouse Management, Enterprise Resource Planning or Product Lifecycle Management systems is preferred but not necessary
  • Working proficiency in MS office: Excel is mandatory
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and follow through
  • Ability to plan, mange time, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written skills
