The Opportunity
The Business Development Operations Analyst will support Root's Business Development team by helping coordinate the processes, systems, and workflows that power our partnerships and independent agents organization. Working closely with Business Development leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll assist with partner onboarding, contracting, commission administration, CRM management, reporting, and other key operational functions.
Success in this role means ensuring operational processes run smoothly, maintaining accurate data and systems, and helping the Business Development team execute efficiently.
Salary Range: $73,200 - $88,400 (Eligible for Competitive Bonus & Equity Offering)
