We're looking for an Architectural Drafter to join the idX Team! Join a collaborative design team where your technical skills help bring concepts to life. In this role, you’ll contribute to projects from initial ideas through final production—creating drawings, supporting prototypes, and helping deliver innovative design solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, continuous learning, and seeing their work move from concept to reality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and revise drawings under the guidance of experienced designers

  • Assist in developing construction documents and incorporating redlines

  • Help maintain organized files and consistent drawing standards

  • Partner with project teams to ensure accuracy and quality in deliverables

  • Build knowledge of industry codes, drafting standards, and workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma required

  • 5+ years of experience in design/drafting (wood or metal manufacturing, store fixtures, or interior environments required)

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit required

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Ability to follow direction, manage priorities, and meet deadlines

  • Basic experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and expand technical expertise

Hourly Pay Range:  $20-25 per hour *dependent on experience*
                *pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living  

Bonus/Incentive Pay:

Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses.  A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
