As a key member of the Accounting & Reporting leadership team, you will help drive a multi-year enterprise initiative focused on modernizing Economic Value reporting through enhanced governance, automation, reporting architecture, data strategy, and technology capabilities. You will have the opportunity to influence how Pacific Life measures and reports economic performance and supports enterprise decision-making through its economic framework.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through process redesign, workflow optimization, and technology-enabled solutions

  • Communicate process improvements, transformation milestones, risks, and issues to management and executive leadership.

The experience you will bring:
