Senior SEO Manager – Fluix Team

Fluix is Readdle's B2B SaaS platform for field teams across industries such as construction, energy, and aviation. As we enter a new stage of growth, we're looking for a Senior SEO Manager to build and own how Fluix wins in AI-powered and organic search.

What will you do:

• Own SEO and AEO at Fluix end-to-end: set the strategy, pick the targets, and be the person who gets Fluix showing up in AI Overviews, answers, and ranking for the searches our buyers actually make.
• Build the product landing-page infrastructure: Create the product, blog, and article pages that unlock both organic rankings and AI citations.
• Drive a net-new link acquisition program: Grow Fluix's referring-domain base toward 3,000+ through editorial outreach, link reclamation, and content-led earning — targeting 200+ new domains in Year 1.
• Own technical SEO and ongoing site health: Resolve the priority backlog (sitemaps, indexing, redirects) and own crawl, indexing, and schema as the site scales.
• Define and execute the content strategy for organic and AI visibility: Decide which content and templates we create, brief the writers, and make sure it targets the topics worth winning.
• Show the impact. Turn rankings and traffic into real business results — demo requests and signups — and keep an eye on how we stack up against competitors like SafetyCulture, Fieldwire, and TrueContext.

About you:

• 3–5 years of B2B SaaS SEO, with a track record of ranking competitive commercial keywords
• A self-starter who builds strategy from scratch and owns it end-to-end
• Hands-on familiarity with AEO / AI Overview optimization
• Experience with building and optimizing product/category landing pages — you understand page-intent architecture and how to structure pages for both organic ranking and AI citation.
• You're fluent with AI tools and use them daily to optimize your own workflows 
• Active link acquisition experience: outreach, relationship-based editorial links, or content-led earning
• Strong technical SEO — you can diagnose and fix crawl, indexing, redirect, and schema issues yourself, using tools like Screaming Frog and GSC.
• Strong analytics — you turn Ahrefs and GSC data into a clear, prioritized action plan.
• A clear, concise communicator — you can write a tight brief for a writer and a tight summary for the leadership team.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Will be a plus:

• Experience marketing to field-heavy or regulated industries — construction, energy, safety, or similar.
• Experience in briefing or managing a content team.
• Comfortably publishing pages yourself in WordPress (or a similar CMS).
• Familiarity with structured data/schema markup.
