Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Asset Performance Management Consultant with a strong background in implementing and supporting Applied Materials MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and maintenance management tool, specifically XSite. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully implementing APM solutions in asset-intensive industries such as Semiconductor or Electronics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, designing solutions, and leading implementation efforts to enhance asset reliability, availability, and maintainability.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise to implement and support the Applied Materials MES system, XSite, for our clients.
  • Apply your extensive experience in Asset Performance Management to design and implement APM solutions tailored to Semiconductor and Electronics industries.
  • Understand the Enterprise Asset Maintenance (EAM) processes, inspection workflows, and performance monitoring practices, and work closely with owner-operators to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Apply RAMS methodology and other relevant techniques to minimize asset failure risks and enhance reliability.
  • Bring 5-8 years of practical experience in Asset Performance Management to the team, contributing insights and best practices.
  • Skillfully manage stakeholders, organize consulting or functional tasks, and take ownership of project outcomes to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate expertise in asset lifecycle management and showcase your ability to implement digital solutions aligned with industry standards.
  • Leverage your knowledge of asset risk identification and assessment methods to successfully execute similar projects.
  • Play a key role in preparing RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, and estimations within the Asset Management business domain.
  • Utilize your proficiency in SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various databases to provide valuable insights.
  • Utilize hands-on experience in C++, C#, and web programming to develop and customize solutions as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting Applied Materials MES (XSite) is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing APM solutions within Asset Intensive industries like Semiconductor or Electronics.
  • In-depth understanding of Enterprise Asset Maintenance (EAM) processes, inspection methodologies, and performance monitoring practices.
  • Familiarity with RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) methodology and its application in risk reduction.
  • 5-8 years of practical experience in Asset Performance Management roles.
  • Strong project management skills, including stakeholder management and project ownership.
  • Track record of implementing digital solutions for asset lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in asset risk identification and assessment methods, with prior involvement in similar projects.
  • Experience in preparing RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, and estimations within the Asset Management domain.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries for data extraction and analysis from various databases.
  • Hands-on experience with C++ programming, C# programming, and web programming.
