This is a remote position.
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective customers, existing clients, or partners. You may also receive inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing information.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Your goal may be to generate leads, set up appointments, or make sales.
Inbound Calls: Respond to incoming calls from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, or requests.
Product Knowledge: Acquire a deep understanding of the products or services you are promoting, enabling you to provide accurate information to customers.
Customer Relationship: Build and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met.
Sales: If applicable, use persuasive techniques to convince customers to purchase a product or service.
Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the company's database.
Feedback: Provide feedback to management on customer reactions and any issues encountered during calls.
Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly targets and quotas for calls and sales, if applicable.
Objection Handling: Skillfully handle customer objections or complaints, aiming to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and inquire about additional needs.
Compliance: Adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree may be preferred in certain industries.
- Experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet targets and quotas.
- Persuasive and confident in communication, especially in sales roles.
