Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft 1–3 scripts daily (1.5–2 minutes) covering breaking scandals, live gossip, and paparazzi coverage.
  

• Write 2–3 catchy, scroll-stopping scripts for quick reels/shorts (under 60 seconds).
  

• Prioritize speed while maintaining readability, engaging tone, and strong hooks.
  

• Collaborate with editors to provide source visuals for scripts.
  

• Update scripts in real time as stories evolve.
  

• Convert longer narratives into micro-content scripts (mini-dramas in under 30 seconds).
  

• Coordinate with US-based content creators to produce quick, on-camera video segments.
  

• 1–3 years of experience in scriptwriting, entertainment news writing, or social-first content creation.
  

• Strong grasp of celebrity culture, viral trends, and pop culture conversations.
  

• Ability to write for short-form video formats (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok).
  

• Excellent command of English with a flair for snappy, conversational copy.
  

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, breaking-news environments.
  

• Strong coordination skills to work with remote teams across time zones.
