Our client is looking for an experienced HubSpot Consultant to join their growing team. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to deliver HubSpot and AI solutions, support day-to-day CRM activities, and ensure projects are organised, delivered on time, and achieve outstanding results.

You'll receive ongoing training and guidance as you continue developing your expertise in HubSpot, CRM systems, AI, automation, and digital sales and marketing.

Previous hands-on experience using HubSpot is essential.

Role Responsibilities

1. CRM & Client Success

As a HubSpot Consultant, you'll work closely with clients to help them maximise the value of their CRM investment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering HubSpot onboarding and ongoing support for a diverse portfolio of clients.

  • Leading strategic consulting sessions, both virtually and in person, to align CRM workflows with each client's business objectives.

  • Managing HubSpot implementation projects, including technical setup, data migration, CRM optimisation, and system configuration.

  • Responding promptly and accurately to both technical and strategic client enquiries.

  • Advising clients on best practices to optimise HubSpot, improve conversions, increase ROI, and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Championing the use of AI tools within HubSpot by helping clients understand and implement AI-powered features to automate tasks, personalise communications, and improve productivity.

  • Developing and managing your own portfolio of client projects with increasing independence as your experience grows.

2. Marketing & AI Enablement

Working alongside the marketing team, you'll help create valuable content while embracing the latest AI technologies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to produce engaging content, including blogs, videos, webinars, reports, guides, and other marketing materials.

  • Using AI-powered tools such as HubSpot Remix and other content automation features to create, repurpose, and scale content efficiently.

  • Conducting customer, competitor, and product research to support inbound marketing strategies and campaign planning.

  • Proposing and executing innovative inbound marketing initiatives that leverage AI for improved creativity, research, and performance.

  • Developing educational resources to help clients gain confidence using HubSpot and AI-driven marketing tools.

  • Co-hosting webinars, events, and training sessions focused on automation, CRM best practices, data-driven marketing, and practical AI adoption.

3. Sales & Business Growth

You'll play an important role in supporting business growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and acting on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell CRM, automation, and AI-related services.

  • Supporting HubSpot demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing the value of integrated CRM and AI capabilities.

  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer and prospect interactions within HubSpot.

  • Following internal sales and client service processes to ensure consistency and excellence.

  • Responding promptly and professionally to sales enquiries, including personalised video outreach using tools such as Vidyard.

  • Carrying out prospecting and business development activities using platforms such as Surfe and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
