We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Educational Coaching Tutor to join our growing team. This is a flexible, part-time role, working online from home or in person, supporting students in improving their learning habits and academic performance.

As an Educational Coaching Tutor, you will deliver 1-to-1 or small group coaching sessions tailored to each student’s needs. You will help students build confidence, stay organised, set goals, and develop effective study techniques. Your role will focus on improving focus, guiding students through challenges, and supporting their overall academic development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to motivate and guide students effectively

• Passion for education, coaching, and student development

• No previous tutoring or coaching experience required (training or experience is a plus)

• Ability to adapt to different ages, levels, and learning styles

• Reliable internet connection for online sessions
