Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Product Designer to help shape an early-stage, AI-powered consumer platform for serious cycling enthusiasts through data-rich content.

This is a highly autonomous and hands-on role. You will work directly with the company’s founder and engineering to define the product direction and translate early ideas into product. You will act as the primary design owner, leading the full design process from initial discovery and product definition through information architecture, interaction design, visual systems, prototyping, and development handoff.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional Product Design experience. 10+ years of experience is strongly preferred

• Demonstrated experience operating at a Senior, Lead, Principal, Founding Designer, or equivalent level

• Experience designing early-stage or zero-to-one on consumer or prosumer products

• Ability to independently define product and design direction in ambiguous environments

• Proven expertise in information architecture

• Experience conducting exploratory User Research

• Experience designing e-commerce, marketplace, product-comparison, editorial, content-driven, or similar consumer experiences

• Experience working directly with founders, executives, clients, product leaders, and engineers

• Strong portfolio showing high-quality shipped products, clear design decisions, and measurable or observable product outcomes

• Experience creating and maintaining design systems, reusable components, and scalable interaction patterns

• Advanced proficiency with Figma

• English - C1 level required
