Job description

Location : Work from Home - (Quebec or United States)

Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company 

As an Event Marketing Specialist, you'll help bring Sherweb's event strategy to life. 

Working alongside Event Marketing Strategists and Growth Marketing Managers, you'll coordinate the operational delivery of webinars, trade shows, roadshows, partner events and hosted experiences. From logistics and vendor coordination to event readiness and attendee support, you'll play a key role in ensuring every event is delivered seamlessly and creates an exceptional experience for our partners and customers. 

Success in this role comes from your ability to stay organized, solve problems, manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-quality events. 

 Here's what your day-to-day will look like 

  • Coordinate the operational delivery of webinars, trade shows, roadshows and partner events. 
  • Manage logistics, vendors, venues, speakers and event materials to ensure successful execution. 
  • Maintain event timelines, track deliverables and support event readiness across multiple initiatives. 
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed. 
  • Support attendee communications, registration and event logistics before, during and after each event. 
  • Track event budgets and administrative activities, including purchase requests and reconciliation. 
  • Participate in post-event reviews and recommend ways to improve future event delivery. 
  • Contribute to building consistent event processes, templates and best practices. 

 Here's what you need to have to be successful 

  • 2-4 years of experience in event marketing, event coordination or experiential marketing. 
  • Experience supporting in-person, virtual or hybrid events. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 
  • Experience coordinating vendors, venues or external partners. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to execution quality. 
  • Familiarity with event management platforms and marketing technology. 
  • Experience using AI tools to improve planning, organization or productivity. 

Nice to have 

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS or technology marketing. 
  • Experience supporting partner or channel events. 
  • Familiarity with CRM or lead capture platforms. 
  • Experience with event budget tracking and reconciliation.

Flexible total compensation package   

  • Base salary between $54,880.00 and $78,400.00 per year
