Here's how you will contribute to the company’s success  

• Strong expertise in designing and building scalable web applications, along with hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise-grade products. Propose, review, and take ownership of technical designs at the User story level.  
• Define and uphold coding standards while contributing meaningfully to the code review process.  
• Mentor Junior team members, supporting their growth and performance.  
• Apply SDLC best practices and design patterns effectively.  
• Translate the Product Owner’s vision into actionable technical plans, collaborate with product designer for the UX/UI aspects and execute them with your development team.  
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices, sharing relevant insights with the team as part of ongoing technology watch.  

Here's what you need to have and master to get the job:  

• College or University degree/diploma in Computer Science (or equivalent).  
• 6+ years of professional experience developing modern web applications.  
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular JS, Angular and TypeScript in enterprise or SaaS environments.  
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Angular and React based web applications.  
• Build reusable, maintainable, and testable UI components.  
• Translate business requirements and UX designs into high-quality front-end solutions using tools like Figma.  
• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services.  
• Contribute to front-end architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.  
• Implement effective state management and asynchronous data handling.  
• Optimize application performance, load times, rendering, and bundle size.  
• Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.  
• Troubleshoot complex front-end and production issues.  
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.  
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, technical design reviews, and architecture discussions.   
• Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.  
• Excellent communication skills in English (speaking, writing, reading, and comprehension).

Reasons for the requirement of English: Sherweb has international customers and fluency in English is the only way to ensure proper service delivery to them. The main tasks related to this position always require written and oral communication with an English-speaking clientele.
