·       Develop and execute enterprise organizational change strategies including executive communications, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, training, user adoption, and change reinforcement.

·       Establish executive dashboards, portfolio KPIs, financial reporting, and transformation health metrics.

·       Monitor budgets, schedules, scope, dependencies, enterprise risks, issues, and resource utilization while driving proactive mitigation.

·       Prepare executive presentations, Board materials, Steering Committee updates, and strategic communications.

·       Institutionalize PMO governance, methodologies, templates, standards, and best practices to create a sustainable enterprise capability.

·       Develop and execute a structured transition plan, including documentation, knowledge transfer, coaching, and operational readiness to enable the client organization to independently own and operate the PMO.
