Support procurement and vendor technical evaluations for semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing applications.
Evaluate system reliability, redundancy strategies, maintainability, operational flexibility, and lifecycle performance.

Construction, Startup, and Operational Readiness

Coordinate field execution activities including installation reviews, field coordination, commissioning support, startup planning, and operational turnover..
Coordinate closely with construction teams, startup teams, operations organizations, and customers.
Support accelerated startup schedules and schedule recovery efforts as required.

Customer and Organizational Interface

Serve as a customer-facing technical leader for complex microelectronics projects.
Interface directly with semiconductor, advanced packaging, solar manufacturing, and data center customers.
Work effectively within matrix organizations across multiple disciplines and geographies.
Support executive-level customer communications, technical workshops, and design reviews.

Position Differentiation

This position differs from a traditional Project Manager role by focusing heavily on technical execution leadership, multidisciplinary engineering integration, startup and operational readiness, customer technical interface responsibilities, and development of repeatable semiconductor execution methodologies.
