Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Backlog Ownership: Create and maintain a well-defined, prioritized product backlog aligned with business objectives. Coordinate delivery through PI planning, execution, and review cycles.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the cross-functional product lead for distributed teams across the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania. Work with engineering leads to ensure scalable, secure, and feasible AI-powered solutions.

  • User Experience & Workflow Design: Collaborate with UX to design intuitive workflows, conversational AI interfaces, and decision-support tools. Champion the user's needs to minimize change resistance when adopting new data-driven tools.

  • Value Measurement: Monitor product adoption, customer feedback, model effectiveness, and operational metrics to continuously improve product performance and AI accuracy.

  • AI Literacy: Proven understanding of Generative AI concepts in a production environment. Must be familiar with LLM-powered experiences, agentic workflows, prompt-driven interfaces, and designing β€œhuman-in-the-loop” safeguards to mitigate AI hallucinations.
  • Data Fluency: Exceptionally strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven comfort level interpreting complex models, data algorithms, and predictive outputs.
  • Consulting Mindset: Strong track record of relationship-building, navigating ambiguity, and advising senior-level enterprise stakeholders.
  • Delivery Focus: Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and experience working with distributed, global teams.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).

  • Good To Have:
  • Experience managing AI token consumption, defining LLM guardrails, and navigating strict data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, Data Clean Rooms).

  • Previous experience in a consulting or agency environment, working embedded within a client's organization.
