Staff Demand Marketing Specialist (French or German speaking)

You’ll own the strategy and performance of multichannel campaigns that drive pipeline across EMEA—shaping how we show up to buyers, tell our story, and convert interest into revenue.

This role sits at the heart of how we grow across Europe. As the EMEA Campaign Manager, you’ll have a multifaceted role ensuring our global campaigns are accurately rolled out in region, and supplementing these with local topical campaigns and outbound plays that resonate across personas, industries, and channels. You’ll be accountable for pipeline outcomes, not just execution, and play a critical role in evolving our go-to-market approach ensuring our customers and prospects have a localized experience.  

Here’s what we’re looking for..  

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation delivering multi-channel campaigns that directly impact pipeline and revenue. 

• French or German language fluency to support in language campaign reviews for two of our core regions. 

• Initiative. Take full ownership of campaign delivery in EMEA—whether shaping the initial idea and campaign brief, or ensuring global campaigns are localized for the region, to drive real pipeline impact, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability. 

• Organised. Project management of global marketing campaign roll out across EMEA and APAC, ensuring the most relevant campaign elements are delivered across our core markets, in language (French, German, English) and on time.  

• Creative and tuned in to local markets. Strategizing European campaigns tied to specific use cases, industries or regulations, to position Conga as a trusted, local expert and drive pipeline. 

• Sales focused. Alignment with Sales and Business Development to strategize, create messaging and pull data for specific outbound sales plays such as industry specific or competitive campaigns.  

• Collaborator. Strong experience working cross-functionally and across geographies with the Field Marketing, Global Campaigns, Content, Paid Media, and Sales teams and be able to align teams around a clear narrative and point of view. 

• Strategic Thinker. Deep understanding of persona-based marketing and the intricacies of the European markets to develop messaging and campaigns that will truly resonate locally. 

• Results Driven. Experience owning performance metrics and campaign reporting. Creative problem‑solving skills and operational rigor, with excitement to dive deep into which activities and messaging deliver results in which sub-region to optimize pipeline delivery.
