As a Claims Resolution Associate, you'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team dedicated to helping customers through the claims process. Using innovative tools and technology, you'll provide outstanding service while helping customers navigate challenging situations with confidence and care.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for customers who have questions about existing claims.

  • Deliver compassionate, customer-focused service while building trust and strong relationships.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment. Up to 90% of your workday may be spent assisting customers by phone.
  • Provide updates on claim status, answer questions, and ensure all customer interactions are accurately documented.
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, repair facilities, rental agencies, and other third parties to gather or provide information.
  • Assist with claim-related requests such as processing payments, scheduling inspections, arranging rental vehicles, and resolving complex claims-related concerns.
  • Utilize multiple systems and online resources to efficiently support customers throughout their claims journey.

Work Schedule

Operating Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM CT – 9:00 PM CT
  • Saturday: 7:00 AM CT – 5:00 PM CT

For this position:

  • Work schedules will be assigned within our operating hours listed above and may start as early as 7:00 AM CT or as late as 1:00 PM CT.
  • A commitment to working one weekend day (Saturday) is required.
  • Training will be conducted Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM CT – 5:45 PM CT.
  • Your permanent schedule will be assigned by the end of your fourth week of training. *Planned absences are not allowed during the first 5 weeks of training*

  • Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.

Please note: This position is not available in California, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $18.00/hour.
