Experience in the workers compensation or Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (SRC) scheme is beneficial but not essential. We’re open to professionals with transferable skills and the right mindset to learn and grow in this space.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Canberra office, with work-from-home flexibility (up to 3 days per week) considered from month three, subject to performance and approval.

  • Manage all aspects of a caseload within legislative and compliance frameworks, balancing accuracy with a solutions-focused approach.

  • Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders, offering information that’s easy to understand and act on.

  • Lead case reviews, facilitate discussions and case conferences, and build strong relationships that drive positive outcomes.

  • Collaborate within a high-performing, values-led team committed to doing the right thing for every client.

ABOUT YOU

  • You bring experience from a corporate, professional services, or medical environment where customer outcomes and stakeholder management were central to your role.

  • You’re confident working with complex information, managing competing priorities and applying sound judgement in your decision-making.

  • You’re empathetic, resilient and able to guide others through sensitive or difficult conversations.

  • You have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.

  • You’re motivated by purpose, helping others get back to work and life after injury.
