As an Operations Specialist, you play a key role in making our trips possible by managing bookings with suppliers, building and maintaining long-term partner relationships, and continuously identifying outstanding accommodations, activities, and service providers (including. DMCs). Your work directly contributes to enhancing our travel products and ensuring seamless, high-quality experiences for our guests.

Note: This is a remote position based in South East Asia. Applications will be considered in English only.

On daily basis, you will

  • Manage reservations and operational coordination for our trips, ensuring smooth execution from planning to departure.
  • Source, assign, and support Tour Conductors for departures across Asia and support Tour Conductors on the ground when needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, service providers, and Tour Conductors.
  • Negotiate competitive rates while ensuring the highest quality standards.
  • Review invoices, prepayments, and operational expenses accurately.
  • Identify and onboard new suppliers to continuously improve our travel products.
  • Make cost-efficient decisions without compromising the guest experience
  • Integrate AI into Workflow.

The basics you bring along 

  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in tourism, operations, reservations, or supplier management, ideally within Southeast Asia.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • A proactive problem-solver who remains calm under pressure and finds practical solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, Tour Conductors, and colleagues.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable learning new systems and using technology to improve efficiency.
  • Open to feedback, eager to learn, and motivated to continuously improve.
  • Positive, reliable, and able to take ownership in a fast-paced, international environment.

You can impress us even more

  • Proficiency in German or French and other South East Asian languages.
  • Prior operational experience in Operations in South East Asia and region.
  • Prior operational experience in the tourism industry.
  • Experience working for a tour operator or DMC
