In this role, you’ll independently lead large-scale projects from initiation through completion while collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external vendors. You’ll guide project teams of 30+ resources, manage complex schedules and budgets, facilitate customer-facing meetings, and help teams navigate challenges through strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving.

· Lead, mentor, and coach project teams of 30 or more resources while driving successful project outcomes.
· Oversee and lead project planning efforts to determine requirements and specifications, project scope, staffing needs, schedules, risks, issues, and contingency plans.
· Organize, coordinate, and lead onsite customer-facing meetings, including scoping and requirements gathering sessions.
· Manage day-to-day project details including project tasks, daily stand-ups, team communications, task tracking, scope and schedule mitigation, risk management, and roadblock resolution.
· Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, documenting team updates, blockers, and action items while ensuring clear communication across teams.
· Create and monitor project schedules, scope, budgets, risks/issues, and action items while implementing corrective actions to maintain project timelines and budgets.
· Lead issue resolution efforts and drive issues through completion.
· Create and communicate project schedule, budget, and delivery updates to project stakeholders.
· Maintain and distribute project management deliverables including status reports, meeting minutes, issue logs, and other project documentation.
· Prepare and facilitate regular stakeholder meetings with NLS leadership and customer stakeholders.
· Participate in Duck Creek partner program meetings by communicating project status, risks, and reference status.
· Drive creative approaches to problem-solving and timely delivery while supporting business needs.
· Coordinate, facilitate, and document sprint, milestone, and project reviews while implementing best practices.
· Facilitate 360 feedback processes related to project resource evaluations for annual reviews.
· Lead project closure activities, including decommissioning project resources, deleting project distribution lists, and completing project closure documentation.
· Supervise, coach, and mentor PM I and PM II level resources as needed.
· Assist with Project Manager interviews, including independently leading one-on-one interviews.
· Support training, onboarding, and supervision of new Project Managers.
· Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Computer Information Systems, Insurance and Risk Management, or related field.
· 10+ years of experience in Project Management, including 5–10 years managing technical or insurance-related projects.
· Experience managing large-scale projects with 30+ team members.
· Proven experience leading Agile projects as a certified professional.
· Subject matter expertise in Agile and Scrum methodology and terminology.
· Certification in at least three Project Management-related areas; SAFe Certification preferred.
· Advanced Scrum Master and ACP preferred.
· Master’s degree in Project Management or related field preferred.
· Experience creating and maintaining complex project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
· Experience managing large budgets of $5M–$10M.
· Experience managing project schedules of 18–24+ month durations.
· Proven experience managing and controlling project scope on large projects, including direct experience managing change control processes.
· Proven ability to lead onsite, multiple-day customer-facing meetings.
· Experience supervising Project Managers and/or other direct reports preferred.
· Advanced experience using Microsoft Office 365 products, including MSP, JIRA, ADO, or other Project Management software.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders in challenging situations.
· Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail across project documentation, correspondence, and communication.
· Highest degree of honesty and integrity.

· Results and action-oriented with a proactive attitude.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
