  • Qualifications & Industry Experience - Degree educated in a relevant discipline, with experience gained within consulting, insurance, claims management, financial services or other regulated environments considered advantageous. Professional certifications in project management, Agile, Digital Transformation, AI or Change Management are beneficial.
  • Language Skills - Fluent English is essential; French language skills would be advantageous within our international environment.
