Job Title: Customer Care Support Analyst
Location: Malaysia
The Team: Our Customer Care Support team in Malaysia is distinguished by its deep product knowledge and strong cross-functional collaboration. The team acts as a vital bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring efficient resolution of queries with expert insights. Operating within Global Risk and Economics solutions, the team offers exposure to a dynamic global portfolio, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and solution-oriented culture that prioritizes continuous learning and teamwork.
Responsibilities and Impact:
 Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, managing communication and relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
 Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Global Risk and Economics solutions, platforms, and delivery workflows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
 Provide first-level technical support for various delivery solutions, demonstrating ownership of complex client requirements and high-impact issues.
 Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Delivery, and Data, to ensure comprehensive client solutions and continuous service improvement.
 Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and contribute to the knowledge base to enhance team efficiency and problem-solving capabilities.
 All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
 An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 1-3 years of experience in client services, customer support, or related client-facing roles.
 Fluent in both Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, the capacity to quickly learn new products/processes, and the ability to stay highly organized in a high-volume environment.
 We require all external candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience with country risk, economic indicators, or related market intelligence solutions.
 Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ticketing platforms, coupled with a basic understanding of APIs and data delivery methods.
 Demonstrated resourcefulness and a solution-oriented approach, adapting to new information and identifying appropriate courses of action.
 A collaborative mindset, actively seeking ways to work with others and contribute beyond assigned tasks, fostering a supportive team environment.
