Job Description

Reporting to Paid Search Director , you will create impact within our Paid Media Capability. As Paid Search Executive, the day-to-day steward of paid search media for assigned brands, overseeing campaign strategy, execution, and optimization. This role is responsible for driving performance through data-driven insights, innovative search activation, and collaboration across teams and partners. We are looking for an organized, analytical, and proactive problem-solver. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries, contributing to some of the agency’s most dynamic and performance-driven campaigns.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Plan, build, and manage paid search campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and other key platforms.

  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy development, and campaign structuring to align with business objectives.

  • Monitor pacing, budgets, and bids to ensure delivery and performance goals are met.

  • Proactively identify optimization opportunities through data analysis, search query insights, and A/B testing.

  • Manage and QA campaign implementation to ensure accuracy and performance tracking integrity.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.

  • Develop clear and compelling reports with strong data visualization and strategic recommendations.

  • Support the team in monthly billing, reconciliation, and campaign actualization.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.

  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture by fostering open communication, knowledge exchange, and shared accountability for results.

  • Present campaign strategies, optimizations, and performance results to internal teams and clients in a clear, confident, and solutions-oriented manner.

  • You will be working remotely in PST hours.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

  • Experience with bid management platforms such as SA360, Marin, or Skai.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven campaign tools (e.g., Performance Max, scripts, automated bidding).

  • Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills.

  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency setting.

  • Google Ads Search Certification

  • Microsoft Ads Certification

  • Google Search Ads 360 Certification

  • AI-Powered Shopping Ads or Performance Ads Certification
