About the Role:
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of large-scale programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational excellence, financial performance, and stakeholder expectations. You will drive execution across complex programs, optimize resources and investments, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business outcomes.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the execution of large-scale programs and initiatives, ensuring activities are delivered in alignment with approved plans, timelines, budgets, and strategic business objectives.

  • Develop and implement advanced financial strategies, including program budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and cost optimization to maximize return on investment and drive financial efficiency.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and industry partners while executing comprehensive communication and engagement strategies.

  • Utilize advanced data analysis and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making, identify program risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to program teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, quality, and operational excellence.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Significant experience leading large-scale programs, projects, or business initiatives with responsibility for financial management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems, influence stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively with a high degree of autonomy.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $121,800.00 - $207,060.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
