Your Mission

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the clinic while delivering high-quality, evidence-based healthcare. This role combines advanced clinical practice with operational oversight, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and medication prescribing within regulatory standards. The Nurse Practitioner ensures compliance with health and safety protocols, manages staff performance, oversees pharmacy and medical supply control, and drives continuous improvement through audits and reporting. Additionally, the position plays a key role in occupational health case management, preventative health programs, and fostering a culture of excellence in patient care and well-being.

  • Prescribe medications confidently within regulatory guidelines, applying evidence-based practice and pharmacology knowledge to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Champion occupational health by managing rehabilitation, therapy, and return-to-work programs in collaboration with ES&H leadership.
  • Ensure compliance and quality through quarterly internal audits, accurate medical record management, and adherence to client procedures and health standards.
  • Lead a dynamic team—manage performance appraisals, address disciplinary matters, and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Oversee clinic operations including pharmacy security, medication control, and implementation of robust operating procedures.
  • Promote health and well-being by implementing jobsite health plans, preventative medicine initiatives, and mental health programs.
  • Monitor and report key metrics—from patient trends and diagnoses to staffing changes and well-being activities—through detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
