Role: Senior Data Test Lead
Location: Remote
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: $120k + Benefits

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Test Lead with strong expertise in Data Testing, ETL/ELT Validation, Snowflake, and Test Strategy. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end data testing initiatives, validate data pipelines, ensure data quality, and execute report and visualization testing in a pharmaceutical environment. Experience with GxP CSV validation and modern data platforms is highly preferred.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Strong experience in Data Testing and Test Strategy
Hands-on experience with Snowflake
Expertise in ETL/ELT Testing and Data Validation
Strong SQL skills and experience with Python for test automation
Experience with Power BI and TIBCO Spotfire report/visualization testing
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Client ALM/OpenText
Knowledge of Data Quality, Data Reconciliation, and Data Governance
Experience with CI/CD for data pipelines
Pharmaceutical domain experience with GxP CSV validation preferred
Experience with Informatica, Snowflake Cortex/CoCo AI, and Statistica is a plus
