Job description

If you are looking for a meaningful career where people work and act with passion, rethink the existing and always strive to find the best solution - you have come to the right place. We develop future technologies to relentlessly make supply chains better.

We are a leader in supply chain software solutions, helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

As a Manager, Enterprise Change Management, you will be responsible for driving the successful adoption of enterprise-wide process, application, data, automation, and AI initiatives across the organization. Acting as the change engine within the Enterprise Systems & Intelligence (ESI) organization, you will ensure that business requirements are transformed into measurable outcomes through disciplined planning, governance, communication, and enablement. By operating a single, transparent system for change, you will help deliver predictable releases, increase user adoption, and drive meaningful business value.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Own and manage the enterprise change intake, unified backlog, quarterly planning process, capacity planning, and cross-pillar release calendar to drive predictable execution.

  • Lead release readiness activities including CAB reviews, UAT governance, go/no-go decisions, cutover planning, hypercare support, post-implementation reviews, and rollback prevention.

  • Design and deliver role-based enablement programs, training materials, job aids, office hours, and assisted adoption initiatives to drive measurable behavioral change.

  • Create clear and trusted communications including change notes, executive summaries, stakeholder updates, and “You Said / We Did / What’s Next” messaging.

  • Link every release to business outcomes by measuring adoption, productivity, cost, cash, risk, and operational KPIs while maintaining benefits tracking and reporting.

  • Partner with Compliance, Security, platform owners, and business leaders to ensure adherence to governance frameworks, policy controls, freeze windows, and exception processes.

  • Maintain executive scorecards, templates, playbooks, and enterprise change standards while continuously improving transparency, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.

This is a remote-based role within Spain. Working pattern is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.

What you bring to the team:

  • 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Change Management, Program Delivery, PMO, or a similar role within complex business, application, and data environments.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale release trains, CAB processes, UAT activities, cross-functional implementations, and enterprise-wide change initiatives.

  • Strong adoption and enablement expertise with the ability to use training, communications, and usage analytics to drive measurable behavioral change.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business messaging and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and leadership levels.

  • Strong governance and risk management knowledge, including experience working with Compliance, Security, Audit, policy controls, release governance, and change management frameworks.

  • Demonstrated ability to connect change initiatives to KPI outcomes, benefits realization, productivity improvements, cost savings, risk reduction, and executive reporting.

  • Nice to have: Experience with ERP, CRM, HCM, data and analytics platforms, automation and AI initiatives, as well as certifications such as Prosci/ADKAR, ITIL, SAFe, PMP or Prince2 and tools including Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Power BI.
