Job description

The Opportunity:

GIPHY is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to join its Ads Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and successful delivery of all GIPHY ad campaigns, along with associated optimizations and reporting.

The Day to Day:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize GIPHY Ads campaigns in GIPHY’s ad server, ensuring campaign goals and deliverables are met. 

  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Creative Strategists to ensure alignment with brand goals and strategies for each campaign. 

  • Setup tools and processes to manage GIPHY’s available inventory, optimizing for effective campaigns and overall yield. 

  • Deliver timely campaign reporting to internal teams and our partners. 

  • Develop reporting frameworks and insights that demonstrate GIPHY's value to advertisers. 

  • Become a key stakeholder to GIPHY Product and Engineering teams, partnering to create new features in our ad platform and to identify new products to bring to our advertisers

  • Partner with GIPHY Finance to ensure that all delivered media can be recognized revenue in an efficient and timely manner.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • 3-6 years of Ad Operations experience for a platform, publisher, or digital ad service.

  • Experience and excitement to work across all teams in GIPHY’s advertising business - from sales, account management, and creative strategists, to product, engineering and finance. 

  • Experience with short-form content and the ability to pair creative and data to form performance insights and inform delivery strategy a plus.

  • Flexibility, a collaborative spirit, and ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders at once.

  • Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation, like Codex a plus.

  • Expertise in digital ads and delivery systems.

The compensation package offered may vary depending on employment experience, skills, and knowledge. You may also be eligible for our generous benefits package including health, wellness and financial benefits. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of the location(s) below may differ based on the cost of labor, market, and additional factors.

The pay range for this position is below:
    • $45.00 - $50.00 per hour in New York
